Jim Janke
President
Jim Janke has worked with commercial painting clients for over 20 years, including as a senior estimator and project manager for four industry competitors, where he implemented technology and efficient cost and profitability tracking. A United States Marine Corps veteran, he also co-owned and ran a $35 million per year produce distribution and brokerage company. His experience across estimating, project management, monthly billing, scheduling, and project profitability drives Capitol Coatings.
Rick Aldridge
Vice President, Field Operations
Rick Aldridge has been in the painting industry for over 30 years and served on the board of IUPAT District Council 21 for the better part of a decade. As a former Director of Operations for several major competitors, he has managed and completed hundreds of high-profile projects across the Washington, DC area. His knowledge and long-standing client relationships are central to Capitol Coatings' success.
